An Indianapolis man named Derek Sink died while in a Planet Fitness tanning bed and was discovered 3 days after his Nov. 8 arrival at the gym facility. “This remains an ongoing death investigation,” a MCCO spokesperson tells People. “The Marion County Coroner’s Office will determine the exact manner and cause of death.”
